If you wish to return one or several items from your order, you can return them within 100 days as a member of Club Zizzi and within 30 days if you are not a member. The period is calculated from the date on which you received your order.
Returns can be registered in our return portal. You will then be provided with the necessary return material and information on how to return your parcel.
When handing over your return parcel to the courier, please make sure to ask for a return receipt. If you return the parcel via a postbox or do not have a receipt, we cannot initiate an investigation if the package gets lost during shipment. In these cases, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.
Once we receive your return parcel, we will start processing your return. Please note that this can take up to 2 weeks from the day you handed over your return parcel to the courier. After your return has been checked and processed, you will be notified by e-mail, and we will initiate a refund to the same means of payment you chose for your order.
Please note, items must be returned in a condition that is sellable. This means the item can be tried on but not worn. The item(s) should be free from damage and excessive use beyond basic testing and including attached tags.
- Pantyhose and tights - unless faulty - must not have been removed from their original packaging.
- Shoes - unless faulty - must be returned in their original shoebox, which should be placed inside another protective box or packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
- Partial returns of multi-pack products are not accepted. The entire pack must be returned intact to qualify for a refund.

How do I use the return portal?

Here’s how to make a return:
Visit www.zizzifashion.ie and select "Return Portal" at the bottom of the page or click here. Club Zizzi members can initiate returns directly from their profile. -
Log in:
Use your Club Zizzi login or your email address and order number. -
Select items to return:
Choose the order(s) and item(s) you wish to return, select the reason, and confirm. -
Review and confirm:
Check your digital return before confirming. -
Return Material:
You will receive a label via email. -
Prepare your return:
Pack the items in the original packaging or similar. -
Drop-off:
Hand over the package with the new label. Remember to get a receipt. -
Refund:
The return process may take up to 2 weeks. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Note: It is also possible to return your items in-store.

If you have received a faulty item in your order, you may of course return it to us at no extra cost and order it anew. Was the item on sale when you first bought it? Then please reach out to customer service for a tailored solution.

Please note that the final decision on a possible refund can only be made once we have received and assessed the item in our warehouse. If the warehouse staff comes to the conclusion that the fault is due to normal wear and tear, the faulty item may be refused and returned to the customer.
It is only possible to create a return document if the order is within the return period – 30 days for non-members and 100 days for members. If your item is faulty and the return period has expired, please contact our customer service for assistance in receiving a return document.

As a costumer, you bear the costs associated with returning an item if you regret a purchase - even if it was purchased with free shipping. Return shipping is free if you must return a faulty item to us.

When you return your entire order, you receive a full refund, including the shipping costs initially paid.
However, it's important to note that if a delivery method with additional charges was chosen, the refund will only cover the standard delivery cost.

Yes, you can return two different orders in one return parcel.
You can register the return of several orders in our return portal. You will then be provided with the necessary return material and information on how to return your orders.

The person who made the purchase will have access to our return portal, where it is possible to register a return and receive the return material together with the return instructions for the order.
Upon receipt of the returned items in our warehouse, we will process a refund to the means of payment that were chosen for the order.
We do not offer exchange for orders made online, but you can return the order and place a new one.

After you have handed over your return parcel to the courier, it can take up to 14 days before we receive it in our warehouse in Denmark. Please note that the return tracking status does not necessarily indicate the parcel's final destination. Once we have received and registered your return parcel, you will receive a notification by e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail after 14 days, please reach out to our Customer Service.

Exchange Policy
In-store, you may exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you are welcome to select an alternative product. Should the new item be more expensive, the difference will be charged. Conversely, if it's cheaper, we will refund the difference through the method described below. Because of the Holidays and our goal to provide our customers with the best experience, we have extended the return period. All gifts purchased between November 24th and December 13th can be returned until January 14th of the following year. For items purchased outside this timeframe, our regular return policy applies.
