Returns can be registered in our return portal. You will then be provided with the necessary return material and information on how to return your parcel.
As a member of our free customer club, you have 100 days to return your order. If you are not a member, you have 30 days to do so. Please note that it is not possible to retrieve the return material for your order in our return portal after this period has expired.
