What is a preorder item?
Preorder items are products that haven’t arrived at our warehouse yet but will be available soon. Preordering allows you to secure the item before it becomes available to everyone else.
When will my preorder be shipped?
Your preorder is shipped as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse. You can see the expected shipping time on the product page and in your order confirmation. Please note that the date is an estimate, as availability depends on external partners such as suppliers and delivery companies.
When will I be charged?
You are only charged once your preorder has been shipped from our warehouse. Until then, the amount is only reserved on your account. If the preorder is delayed, we will automatically extend the reservation period.

The option to preorder items is only available for members of Club Zizzi, our dedicated customer club. You can sign up for free here.
Please make sure you are logged into your Club Zizzi account when you want to purchase preorder items from our webshop.

You will only be charged for preordered items once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Until then, the amount is only reserved in your account. If your preorder is delayed, the reservation period will be automatically extended.
Please note that Klarna and PayPal are not available as payment methods for orders that include a preorder item.

A preorder can be cancelled up until the point when all items are in stock at our warehouse. To do so, please reach out to our Customer Service directly.
Please note that if your order contains preorder and regular in-stock items and you chose combined delivery, it is only possible to cancel the entire order. It is not possible to cancel selected items.

If you only ordered one preorder item, it will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
If your order contains both preorder items and regular items, you can choose between combined shipping or split shipping during checkout.
- Combined shipping
We will send your entire order in one parcel once all items are back in stock. - Split shipping
We will send the items that are currently in stock right away. The remaining items will be shipped later in a separate parcel as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
Please note that once your order has been placed and confirmed, no changes can be made to it, including the selected delivery option. - Combined shipping

When your order includes both preorder items and regular in-stock items, you can choose whether you want them delivered in one parcel or in two separate parcels.
- Combined delivery
Your entire order will be shipped in one parcel once all items are back in stock. - Split delivery
If you choose separate delivery, the regular items will be sent according to our normal shipping times, while the preorder items will be shipped later in a separate parcel as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
If any preorder items are delayed, you will be notified by email, and the payment reservation will be automatically extended.
