It depends on which delivery option you have chosen:
- Split delivery: Items that are already in stock will be charged when they are shipped. The preorder item will only be charged when it is shipped from our warehouse later.
- Combined delivery: The full order amount will only be charged once all items are ready and the entire order is shipped together from our warehouse.
Until the items are shipped, the amount is only reserved on your account. A reservation is not the same as a payment - the money is set aside but will only be charged when the relevant items are shipped.
What happens if my preorder is delayed?
If your preorder is delayed, we will notify you by email. If the original reservation expires, we will automatically reserve the amount again.
The amount will still only be charged when the item is shipped - or, if you chose combined delivery, when the entire order is shipped together. You do not need to do anything.
