When you have submitted your order, it will immediately be forwarded to our Danish warehouse for processing. If you order during the weekend or on a Danish bank holiday, we will dispatch your order the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days, depending on the country. If you chose Express delivery, we aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.
Please note that factors out of our control - such as delivery companies' delays and weather conditions - can affect the delivery times.
We will send you a Track & Trace number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, so you can follow the status of your parcel. Please note that the parcel will only receive its first scan by the courier once it has reached the country of destination.

As soon as we have received your return parcel, we will initiate the refund process. The time it takes for a refund to be issued depends on the payment method you chose but will be processed within 14 days after you handed over your return parcel to the respective courier.
You will receive the refund through the means of payment you chose for your order. Depending on which payment option you have used, it typically takes between 2-30 days from the time we have transferred the payment until the money is visible in your account.If you paid with credit card, you should receive your refund within 2-5 business days. With Mastercard, it can take between 2-30 days, depending on the terms and conditions of your bank.
However, we may withhold a refund until we have received the item back from you, or until you have provided documentation of having returned the item - whichever happens sooner.
Please note that you are liable for any loss in value of the returned goods. In the event of loss or damage of your return parcel, we need the receipt you received from the courier when you handed in your return parcel to investigate the case and process a refund. Therefore, please remember to always ask for a return receipt.

If you wish to return one or several items from your order, you can return them within 100 days as a member of Club Zizzi and within 30 days if you are not a member. The period is calculated from the date on which you received your order.
Returns can be made by using the return label, which is included in your package. Please follow the instructions on the return slip, which you can also find in your parcel. Put the items together with the return slip in a secure wrapping. If you still have the original bag your order came in, you can reuse it. If not, any bag or box will do.
When handing over your return parcel to the courier, please make sure to ask for a receipt. If you deliver the package via a postbox or do not have a receipt, we cannot initiate an investigation/complaint process if the package disappears during shipment. In these cases, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.
Once we receive your parcel, we will start processing your return. Please note that this may take up to 2 weeks depending on the courier. After your return has been checked and processed, you will be notified by e-mail, and we will initiate a refund to the same means of payment you chose for your order. -
If you have received a faulty item in your order, you may of course return it to us at no extra cost and order it anew. Was the item on sale when you first bought it? Then please reach out to customer service for a tailored solution.
You can return by using the return label within your parcel. If you do no longer have this document our Customer Service can create a new one if you reach out to them.
Please make sure to note down the correct return reason code on the return slip, so you will not be charged for the return shipping.
If the return period for your order has expired, you will not be able to receive the return material for your order in our return portal anymore. In these cases, please reach out to our Customer Service.
Please note that the final decision on a possible refund can only be made once we have received and assessed the item in our warehouse. If the warehouse staff comes to the conclusion that the fault is due to normal wear and tear, the faulty item may be refused and returned to the customer.
