What is the difference between combined and split delivery for a preorder?

If your order contains both a preorder and regular items, you choose at checkout how you want the order to be shipped.

  • Combined delivery
The entire order is shipped together in one parcel once all items are in stock.
This means your regular items will only be shipped once your preorder is also ready to be dispatched.
  • Split delivery
Items that are already in stock are shipped first according to our normal delivery times.
Your preorder will be shipped later in a separate parcel as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Can I change my delivery choice after placing the order?

No. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, your delivery choice cannot be changed.

For example, a combined delivery cannot later be changed to a split delivery - or vice versa.
