Browsed the website and found something you like?
- Once you find an item you want to purchase, choose your size, and click the green ADD TO CART-button. Your item will now be added to your basket. Continue to do this until every item you wish to buy is added.
- When you are done adding items to your basket, click the basket icon in the upper right corner.
- Make sure you are satisfied with the items in your basket and check the correct sizes and amounts next to each item. Proceed to the next step by clicking CHECKOUT. Do you have a voucher code? This one is added by clicking above the CHECKOUT-button where it says: Do you have a discount code? You can write or paste your voucher code in the line that appears. Please make sure that the terms for the voucher code are fulfilled.
- Fill out the required information under each point: Choose country, My information, Shipping Method and Payment. If you would like to have your order shipped to a parcel shop, please make sure to actively choose the designated parcel shop from the list that opens when you click Edit.
- Accept the Terms of Use next to the green button that says: BUY NOW.
- Proceed to press BUY NOW and follow the instructions from the payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the order is complete.

The first step is to check if your purchase meets the terms and conditions of the voucher. You can find them specified in the text below the voucher code. The second step is to make sure that no invalid voucher code is added to your shopping basket. If this is the case, please delete the invalid voucher code.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change anything in your order - both regarding delivery details, email address and shipping method as well as the size and colour of the ordered items.
Once we have confirmed your order, it is sent to our warehouse right away, so we can ship your order as fast as possible.
If your order is less than 2 hours old, you can reach out to Customer Service directly and we will try to cancel it. If this is possible, you can then place a new order with the correct order details. You will not be withdrawn any money for a cancelled order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations can only be processed within 2 hours of placing the order. If you contact us outside of our opening hours, it is likely that our team will not be able to cancel the order, as the 2-hour window will have passed.

As a consumer, you always have the right to withdraw from a purchase.
As a member of Club Zizzi, you have an extended return period of 100 days after you have received your order. Otherwise you have 30 days to return it.
Alternatively, you can also leave the parcel at the parcel shop and it will be automatically returned to us at no extra cost for you after it has passed its holding period.
