If your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service via the Cancel purchase form to check whether it is still possible to cancel it.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible. As soon as your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our warehouse so we can pack and ship it as quickly as possible – and once it has been packed, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel it.
