Whether cancellation is possible depends on whether you chose combined or split delivery.

Did you choose combined delivery?
In that case, we can only try to cancel the entire order. It is not possible to cancel individual items in the order. -
Did you choose split delivery?
The regular items are shipped separately. If they have already been shipped, they can no longer be cancelled. We can still try to cancel your preorder as long as it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
If you would like to cancel, please contact our Customer Service via the Cancel purchase form and provide your order number.
Please note that cancellation cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be too far along in the processing stage.
