If you wish to return one or several items from your order, you can return them within 100 days as a member of Club Zizzi and within 30 days if you are not a member. The period is calculated from the date on which you received your order.
Returns can be made by using the return label, which is included in your package. Please follow the instructions on the return slip, which you can also find in your parcel. Put the items together with the return slip in a secure wrapping. If you still have the original bag your order came in, you can reuse it. If not, any bag or box will do.
When handing over your return parcel to the courier, please make sure to ask for a receipt. If you deliver the package via a postbox or do not have a receipt, we cannot initiate an investigation/complaint process if the package disappears during shipment. In these cases, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.
Once we receive your parcel, we will start processing your return. Please note that this may take up to 2 weeks depending on the courier. After your return has been checked and processed, you will be notified by e-mail, and we will initiate a refund to the same means of payment you chose for your order. -
If you have received a faulty item in your order, you may of course return it to us at no extra cost and order it anew. Was the item on sale when you first bought it? Then please reach out to customer service for a tailored solution.
You can return by using the return label within your parcel. If you do no longer have this document our Customer Service can create a new one if you reach out to them.
Please make sure to note down the correct return reason code on the return slip, so you will not be charged for the return shipping.
If the return period for your order has expired, you will not be able to receive the return material for your order in our return portal anymore. In these cases, please reach out to our Customer Service.
Please note that the final decision on a possible refund can only be made once we have received and assessed the item in our warehouse. If the warehouse staff comes to the conclusion that the fault is due to normal wear and tear, the faulty item may be refused and returned to the customer.

As a costumer, you bear the costs associated with returning an item if you regret a purchase - even if it was purchased with free shipping. Return shipping is free if you must return a faulty item to us.
Returns can be made by using the return label and return slip enclosed in your package. You can follow the instructions on the return slip. In the case of a reclamation, please make sure to note the correct return reason code on the return slip, so you will not be charged for the return shipping.

If you have lost your return material and wish to return items you have purchased, please contact our Customer Service team. Make sure to provide us with your order number, so we can create the correct return slip or return label for you and send it to you by e-mail.

Exchanging an item for another size or colour is currently not an option we can offer.
However, items purchased online can be exchanged by returning them to us and ordering anew. The return period for members of Club Zizzi is 100 days after the receipt of your order and 30 days for non-members.
Enclosed in the package you will find a return label, which is prepaid. If you are a Club Zizzi member, returns are always free. If you are not a member, we will deduct a shipping fee from the total refund sum.

When you return your entire order, you receive a full refund, including the shipping costs initially paid.
However, it's important to note that if a delivery method with additional charges was chosen, the refund will only cover the standard delivery cost.

Yes, you can return two different orders in one return parcel. Please make sure to include both return slips in the parcel, so that our warehouse will be able to identify your orders.

Enclosed in your parcel you will find a return label, which is prepaid. Please return the relevant items to us using the return label and the filled-out return slip.
Upon receipt of the returned items in our warehouse, we will process a refund to the means of payment that were chosen for your order. Please note that it can take between 2-30 days for the refund to appear in the account. If Klarna was used, the invoice will automatically be amended within 48 hours.
It is not possible to make an exchange if you send the item back to our warehouse. -
After you have handed over your return parcel to the courier, it can take up to 14 days before we receive it in our warehouse in Denmark. Please note that the return tracking status does not necessarily indicate the parcel's final destination. Once we have received and registered your return parcel, you will receive a notification by e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail after 14 days, please reach out to our Customer Service.
Please always make sure to ask for a receipt when you hand over your return parcel. If you deliver the package via a postbox or do not have a receipt, we cannot initiate an investigation should the package get lost during shipment. In these cases, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.

Returns Policy
To process a return, please bring your receipt and ensure the item has its original label attached and shows no signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the item's packaging must remain unbroken and intact.- Club Zizzi Members: Enjoy a generous 100-day return window for items purchased in-store.
- Non-Members: A 30-day return period applies.
Please note that returns cannot be sent directly to our warehouse.
Exchange Policy
In-store, you may exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you are welcome to select an alternative product. Should the new item be more expensive, the difference will be charged. Conversely, if it's cheaper, we will refund the difference through the method described below. Should the item be faulty and it is not due to regular wear and tear or incorrect usage please visit the store and bring your receipt. The store may offer to repair the item, issue a full refund, or provide a gift card for the equivalent amount. -
Because of the Holidays and our goal to provide our customers with the best experience, we have extended the return period. All gifts purchased between November 24th and December 13th can be returned until January 14th of the following year. For items purchased outside this timeframe, our regular return policy applies.
Please note that the 100-day return policy is still valid for purchases made by Club Zizzi members.
