Preorder items are articles that are not yet in stock, but soon will be. We offer this option so you can make sure to get them before they become available for everyone else. Preorders are shipped as soon as they have arrived at our warehouse.
You can see the expected shipping time on the product page and in your order confirmation. Please note that the indicated date is only an approximate, as the availability of preorder items depends on other parties such as suppliers and delivery companies.
You will only be charged for a preorder when it has been shipped from our warehouse. Until then, we only reserve the amount on your account. If a preorder is delayed, we will automatically extend the reservation period.

To preorder an item, simply add it to your basket as you would with a regular item. In the checkout, you have the possibility to choose between combined or split delivery, if you also have regular items in your shopping cart.
Please note, that once you have placed and confirmed your order, it is not possible to change anything about it, including the delivery option.
The estimated delivery time can found on the product page and in your order confirmation. If the preordered items are delayed, you will be informed about it by email and the payment reservation will automatically be extended.

Please note that Klarna and PayPal are not available as payment methods for orders that include a preorder item.

Preorder items are shipped according to the information provided during the checkout process. When combining preorder items with regular in-stock items, you will have the option to choose if you want them shipped in one or two parcels.
If you choose combined delivery of all items, your parcel will only be shipped once all items from your order are in stock. If you choose separate delivery of regular and preorder items, you will receive the regular items according to our usual shipping times and your preordered items in a separate parcel once they are in stock.
If preordered items are delayed, you will be informed about it by email and the payment reservation will automatically be extended.
We only charge for your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.

A preorder can be cancelled up until the point when all items are in stock at our warehouse. To do so, please reach out to our Customer Service directly.
Please note that if your order contains preorder and regular in-stock items and you chose combined delivery, it is only possible to cancel the entire order. It is not possible to cancel selected items.

Yes, you can easily combine preorders with items in stock. During checkout, you can select how you would like to receive the order:
- In one parcel that will be shipped once all preorder items are in stock.
- In two parcels, with in-stock items shipped immediately and pre-orders sent separately when in stock at our warehouse.
