Club Zizzi

Club Zizzi is our free customer club.

As a member, you get access to a range of benefits, including:

• exclusive member offers
• early access to sales
• a welcome voucher
• participation in competitions
• reduced return fee
• a personal Club Zizzi account with order history
• inspiration, offers and news via email and SMS

Membership is completely free, and you do not need to make a purchase to become a member.

You can register for our free customer club called "Club Zizzi" on our webpage. You can find the registration form at the very bottom of the homepage or by clicking the human-icon in the upper right corner of the window and clicking Create Account.

When you sign up for our Customer Club, you will receive a welcome e-mail containing a link to generate a password for your new account. Only when this step has been completed, your registration is successful, and you will receive your welcome voucher in a separate e-mail.

You can log in to your Club Zizzi account by clicking the person icon  ()  in the top-right corner of our website.

You can also log in during checkout.

Forgotten your password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page and enter the email address linked to your Club Zizzi account.

You will then receive an email with a link where you can create a new password.

Not receiving the email?

First, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Also make sure that you are trying to log in on the correct Zizzi website, for example www.zizzifashion.ie.

If you still do not receive an email, it may be because you are no longer registered as a Club Zizzi member. In that case, you can sign up again using the same email address.

You can update your personal information in your Club Zizzi account. To do so, please log in to your account on our website and click the human-icon in the upper right corner.

It is unfortunately not possible to change the email address of your Club Zizzi account. In order to change your e-mail address, please create a new account with the new e-mail address. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the email address directly on your existing Club Zizzi account.

If you would like to use a new email address, you need to:

1. Create a new Club Zizzi account using your new email address.
2. Contact our Customer Service and provide:
   • your old email address
   • your new email address

We can then help transfer your Club Zizzi data from your old profile to the new one.

If you would like to receive fewer emails from us without unsubscribing completely, here's how to do it:

1. Find the button at the bottom of the newsletter
At the bottom of any newsletter from us, you'll find a button called "Adjust email preferences."

2. Choose your preferences
Clicking the button takes you to a page where you can choose between:

• "Receive fewer emails" - if you'd like to receive emails from us less often.
• "Receive all emails (again)" - if you previously chose fewer emails but now want to receive them all again.

3. Still too many emails?
If you've chosen "fewer emails" but still feel you're receiving too many, the only way to stop emails completely is to unsubscribe from the newsletter (the unsubscribe link is also at the bottom of the email).

Important: Unsubscribing from the newsletter also removes you from Club Zizzi. You will no longer receive membership benefits and offers tied to the club.

Note: There is no middle ground between "fewer" and "unsubscribe" - if fewer emails isn't enough, unsubscribing is the only way to stop them completely, but it also ends your Club Zizzi membership.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can do so by clicking “Unsubscribe from newsletter” at the bottom of one of our newsletters or via your personal Club Zizzi account.

Please note that you will also be unsubscribed from Club Zizzi when you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

It is therefore not possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter and remain a Club Zizzi member at the same time.

If you change your mind, you can always sign up again.

Once you have unsubscribed from Club Zizzi, we keep your account information for 6 months, after which it is deleted.
