Your preorder will be shipped as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse.
The expected shipping time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Please note that this date is an estimate, as availability depends on external partners such as suppliers and delivery companies.
When your order includes both preorder items and regular in-stock items, you can choose whether you want them delivered in one parcel or in two separate parcels.
- Combined delivery
Your entire order will be shipped in one parcel once all items are back in stock. - Split delivery
If you choose separate delivery, the regular items will be sent according to our normal shipping times, while the preorder items will be shipped later in a separate parcel as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
If any preorder items are delayed, you will be notified by email, and the payment reservation will be automatically extended.
