Firstly, it is important to note that the courier will consider the condition of the parcel reasonable if you accept the delivery. However, if you only register the damage afterwards, here is what you need to do before reaching out to Customer Service.
- Take pictures of the damage including pictures of damaged items from your order. It is important that the label and, if existent, the courier's tape is visible on the photos.
- Contact the courier and file a damage report.
After you have taken these steps, please reach out to Zizzi's Customer Service. Please provide us with your order number, a copy of the damage report, the pictures of the damage and an overview of the damaged items from your order. We will then start an investigation and get back to you as soon as possible.
