What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item, please return it to us. Returns can be registered in our Return and Exchange Portal.

Please note that we are unfortunately not able to exchange wrongly received items. If you would like to receive the correct item instead, we kindly ask you to place a new order yourself and return the wrong item to us for a refund.

If placing a new order means you need to pay an additional shipping fee, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team.

If an item you have ordered is sold out, the item will be cancelled from your order. This is specified in the e-mail we send you when we dispatch the rest of your order from our warehouse. It is worth noting that we will not withdraw any money for items that are not shipped.
