What do I do if I received the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item, please return it to us. Returns can be registered in our return portal.

Should you wish to receive the correct item instead, we would kindly ask you to place a new order since we cannot do that on your behalf. If this requires you to pay a shipping fee, please reach out to our Customer Service.

If an item you have ordered is sold out, the item will be cancelled from your order. This is specified in the e-mail we send you when we dispatch the rest of your order from our warehouse. It is worth noting that we will not withdraw any money for items that are not shipped.
