No, you do not need to be a member of Club Zizzi to place an order on our webshop. You are always welcome to shop as a guest without creating an account or joining the club.
Club Zizzi is our free customer club. When you sign up, you will automatically get a personal online account. In this account, you can save your personal information and order details, which makes future purchases quicker and easier.
In your account, you can also view useful information such as your order history, credit notes, voucher overview, and more.
Please note that it is not possible to have an online account without being a member of Club Zizzi.

If you forgot your password, you can request a new one by entering your email address in the Login section and clicking Forgot password? You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you don’t receive the email, it may be because you are no longer registered as a member. In that case, please sign up again using the same email address.

Should you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter and hence Club Zizzi, you can do that yourself by clicking "Unsubscribe from newsletter" at the bottom of every newsletter mail you receive from us or in your personal Club Zizzi account. If you change your mind, you can sign up anytime again.
Once you have unsubscribed from Club Zizzi, we will keep your user account information for 6 months, after which your information will be deleted. If you wish to have all information permanently deleted, please contact our Customer Service.

It is not possible to change the e-mail address linked to your Club Zizzi account.
However, our customer service team can help transfer your data from your old profile to a new one. To do this, please create a new Club Zizzi account using your new e-mail address. Once that's done, just contact our customer service team with the following details:Your old e-mail address
Your new e-mail address
We’ll then make sure your Club Zizzi data is transferred to your new account.

You can update your personal information in your Club Zizzi account at any time.
To do so, please log in to your account on our website and click the human icon in the upper right corner.
Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to change the email address connected to your Club Zizzi account. If you wish to use a different email address, you will need to create a new account with the new email address.

You can register for our free customer club called "Club Zizzi" on our webpage. You can find the registration form at the very bottom of the homepage or by clicking the human-icon in the upper right corner of the window and clicking Create Account.
When you sign up for our Customer Club, you will receive a welcome e-mail containing a link to generate a password for your new account. Only when this step has been completed, your registration is successful, and you will receive your welcome voucher in a separate e-mail.

The Club Zizzi membership is free of charge and is not bound to a purchase in our shop.
