If you want to be able to return the item, we recommend taking good care of the packaging, avoiding breaking any seals and not separating pieces that are attached to each other. The item must be handled carefully and must not be used.
Tights and leggings
Some tights and leggings are delivered in sealed packaging, while others can be tried on without opening a seal.
With a seal: We recommend that you do not break the seal on the packaging if you are considering returning the item.
Without a seal: You may carefully try on the item to check the size and fit. We recommend returning it in the same condition as you received it.
Underwear, swimwear and bikinis
Some products, such as underwear, swimsuits and bikinis, have a hygiene seal. If the item has a hygiene seal, we recommend leaving it intact if you are considering returning the item.
Tip: Try on underwear and bikinis over your own underwear to check the fit.
If the hygiene seal has been broken, the item cannot be returned unless it is defective.

If several pieces are attached to each other, we recommend that you do not separate them if you are considering returning the item.
