Have you seen an item on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, in an advertisement or in our newsletter, but cannot find it on our webshop?
Here are a few ways you can try to find the item:
- Check the post
Many of our posts include a link to the items in the text below the post. - Search on our website
Enter the item type and colour in the search field, for example “brown dress” or “green trousers”. If you know the Style number, you can also search for it.
If you already own the item and want to find it again, you can find the Style number on the care label. - Search with Google Lens
If you have a photo or screenshot of the item, you can use Google Lens to search for it. If you find the item name or Style number, you can then search for it on our website. - Ask our chat
Our chat on the website can help you find the item or suggest similar styles.

Contact our Customer Service with a link to the post, a screenshot or the item’s Style number.
