Preorder items are products that are not yet in stock, but soon will be. We offer this option so you can make sure to get them before they become available for everyone else. Preorders are shipped as soon as they have arrived at our warehouse.
You can see the expected shipping time on the product page and in your order confirmation. Please note that the indicated date is only an approximate, as the availability of preorder items depends on other parties such as suppliers and delivery companies.
You will only be charged for a preorder when it has been shipped from our warehouse. Until then, we only reserve the amount on your account. If a preorder is delayed, we will automatically extend the reservation period.
