Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order once it has been placed. This applies to delivery details, email address, delivery method, as well as the size, colour and quantity of the items ordered.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service via the Cancel purchase form to check whether it is still possible to cancel it. If the order can be cancelled, you can simply place a new order with the correct information.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible. As soon as your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our warehouse so we can pack and ship it as quickly as possible – and once it has been packed, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel it.
