Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes delivery details, your email address, shipping method, as well as the size, colour, or quantity of the items ordered.
As soon as your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our warehouse so we can prepare and ship it as quickly as possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to contact our customer service through our contact form to ask if it can still be cancelled. If cancellation is possible, you can simply place a new order with the correct information.
