What do I do if I received a damaged parcel?

Firstly, please note that the courier will consider the condition of the parcel reasonable if you accept the delivery. However, if you only register the damage afterward, here’s what you need to do before reaching out to Customer Service:

  1. Take pictures of the damage, including the damaged items. Make sure the label and, if visible, the courier's tape are included in the photos.
  2. Contact the courier and file a damage report.

After taking these steps, please contact Zizzi's Customer Service. Provide your order number, a copy of the damage report, the pictures of the damage, and an overview of the damaged items. We will begin investigating and get back to you as soon as possible.
