Gifts cannot be exchanged.
However, they can be returned within our normal return period as long as:
The item is unused and in original condition
All tags are still attached
When a gift is returned, the refund will always be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This means the person who bought the gift will receive the refund.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, the new item simply needs to be ordered separately once the return has been registered.
